I Got a PC After 20 Years of Apple

The time has come- I got a PC after 20 years using only Macs. My newfound interest in gaming has made me interested in the PC universe and I received a new-to-me PC that was originally built in 2020. I want to do a few simple upgrades to get it up and running and see not only how it handles the games I like, but how it compares to MacOS.
