ESPN’s Marty Smith reports that the belief is that Kiffin is leaning toward taking the LSU Football head coaching job, but other reports are saying that part of the holdup is that Kiffin wants to finish the season with Ole Miss as they gear up for the College Football Playoff. Should Ole Miss let Kiffin coach the CFP even if he’s leaving? Should LSU allow Kiffin to finish the year at Ole Miss while also taking the job?

Yahoo Sports College Football Insider Ross Dellinger reports that LSU is sending 2 planes to Oxford on Sunday for Lane Kiffin and his family as LSU officials believe that Kiffin is their next head coach. A source told Dellinger on Kiffin: “If he doesn’t come, we’ve been duped.”
