You need to down 2 files decription at below link: rom and twrp.
Turn off your tablet, press and hold at same time home, power and volume down button. At time, you'll come in download mode by press the up volume button.Then you up twrp by odin all version you like, i used odin v.3.0.9. After it's done and reset, copy the file rom at your tablet memory. Turn off it again.
Press and hold at same time :home, power and volume up button, you'll come into teamwin.
Factory reset all data.
Back and choose install, choose your file. And wait about 4-5 min.
