They highlighted clear roles, regulatory support, and educational initiatives to address challenges like taxation and investor perceptions. Optimism for a robust REIT market was expressed, with diversity and inclusion emphasized. Case studies, like LapTrust, illustrated REIT benefits in driving economic growth. Overall, collaboration, regulatory support, and ongoing education were seen as key to REITs' success in transforming Kenya's real estate investment landscape.
