Mental Health Dr. Praveena, a Certifled Mental Health & Awareness practitioner, assists survivors of parental narcissistic abuse using her personal experiences and a framework called the Narcissistic Victim Empowerment Technique (NVET). DE Praveena's mission is to empower individuals to overcome the trauma and societal perceptions associated with narcissistic abuse. She contributes to mental health awareness through her column "Mind the Mind" in The Sun, Malaysia's national daily and serves on the board of the Malaysia Mental Health Association (MMHA). Her significant contributions earned her the Malaysia's Women Leaders Award by the World Women Leadership Congress This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
