BAMBOO + RED ANT EGGS SOUP
(Gaeng Naw Mai + Kai Mod Dang)
INGREDIENTS:
3 bags Bamboo shoots
1 tray Kai mod dang (Red ant eggs)
Oyster mushroom
Kabocha pumpkin
12 thai chilies, leave whole
Rice paddy herb
STICKY RICE PASTE
1/3 cup Soaked sticky rice
5-6 thai chilies
2 Shallot
YANANG EXTRACT
Yanang leaves
5 cups Water
SEASONING INGREDIENTS :
5 tbsp Fermented fish sauce (padeak)
1 tbsp Salt
2 tsp Chicken powder (Knorr)
1 tsp MSG
