Express Tabata warm up
1. curtsy up over and switch
2. down dog up dog knee tuck
Barbell Pyramid - 12-2 evens // remove last exercise & 2 reps
1. 12-2 Pause Sumo DL
2. 10-2 Alt curtsy lunge 5/leg
3. 8-2 box squat and press
4. 6-2 burpee power cleans
5. 4-2 hang cleans
6. 2 pendulum lungs/leg
Tabata pair
1. Bosu fast feet
2. feet on round plank jack pushup spider knees
HIIT Pyramid
1. KB DL power clean box squat
2. roll back to 5 high knee toe taps
Pushup & DB Pyramid - 10-2 evens // remove last exercise & 2 reps
1. 10-2 Step up lunge back SL pushup 5/leg
2. 8-2 decline burpee
3. 6-2 yoga tricep pushup
4. 4-2 burpee Arnold press
5. 2 double up manmakers

1. Curtsy hop onto bosu
2. bosu double up burpee

1. KB staggered pushup SA swing catch to squat and press
2. plank hop kb bicurl to goblet squat

1. 8-2 knee tuck to box jump
2. 6-2 bosu burpees
3. 4-2 close chest press to wide press
4. 2 rollback burpees
