Taxation - Tax Exemption: Presidential Proclamation vs Exclusive Legislative Power, Self-Incrimination on Tax Filing - exhorbitant Bonus for Work not comprising Ordinary and Necessary Work, Value-Added Tax on Professional Services paid in kind and LRTA Exemption from Real Property Taxes.
