Taipei Skyline Trail 1B - 貓空尖，銀河洞瀑步，到小獅山-台北天際線秘境步道1B

The Taipei Skyline Trail (台北天際線) is an almost 200-kilometer loop that encircles the entirety of Taipei City and much of New Taipei City. It's a long-distance hiking route connecting various mountain trails, parks, and natural attractions, offering breathtaking views of Taipei's urban skyline as well as its lush forests and rugged terrains. Along the trail, you’ll encounter over fifty peaks and numerous scenic spots, making it a favorite for nature lovers, hikers, and those seeking to explore Taipei's natural beauty.

The trail is divided into several sections, each with its unique characteristics, from challenging climbs to more relaxed walks, making it accessible to hikers of different skill levels. It’s also a great way to appreciate the balance between Taipei’s vibrant urban life and its tranquil green spaces.

The first section of the Taipei Skyline Trail, stretching from Shiding to Xindian. This section is more than 18 KM long. We will take 2 days. This hike is the second half, focus on 貓空尖 to 小獅山 at Xindian (新店) with detour to Yinhe Cave Waterfalls (銀河洞瀑步).
