For Veterans Day each year, Potomac High School culinary students participate in the Meals Ready-to-Eat (MRE) cooking challenge. MREs are self-contained food rations used by the military and are incorporated into a timed food creation competition that offers students an opportunity to flex their creative culinary skills.
