Behringer MS-5 Analog Synthesizer

First 20 minutes of me playing this great sounding synth that I managed to get B stock for under £300 from Andertons in the UK. Sequenced from a 960 sequential controller with Doepfer ratchets and quantizer. Eventide Timefactor Delay on the mixer but all EQ flat. Tuning of the VCOs is faultless and I also see people criticising the switches because they are plastic. The original Roland SH-5 switches were also plastic with aluminium covers. I just say things as I see them and I am not employed by Behringer and have serviced analog synths since 1980 and I am very impressed by the sound of this clone and also have owned the Monopoly and Odyssey recreations in the past and confirm they sound very close to the originals but I don't have room for them all (that's why I have a wall of modules instead). It's incredible that such a powerful synthesizer is available at such low cost in the UK. Most of my Behringer purchases were OK but any problems just sent it back.
This was a late night impulse buy at a fair price but I am so pleased with this great bit of kit. My very early Christmas present 😁
