At first glance the wiring involved with the Lean Burn may seem intimidating, but it's quite simple.
The wiring is all contained under the hood, nothing goes back inside.
You will want to find and keep the following wires;
3 wires to the alternator, 1 wire to the temp sender, wiring that goes to the oil sender including wiring for an electric choke if it has one.
You will be left with a large red wire which splits into 3 or 4 more wires. That's power IGN on 12v, so use whichever you need for the HEI and tape up the rest securely.
