Swedish Meatballs *
Cream of chicken soup
Beef broth
Dry onion soup mix
A1 steak sauce
Frozen meatballs
Sour cream
Egg noodles
In a 5-6 quart slow cooker, mix cream of Chicken soup with beef broth, onion soup mix and steak sauce. Stir well. Then, add frozen meatballs. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high 3-5 hours. When meatballs are ready, stir in sour cream. At this time, put a pot of water on the oven to boil for your egg noodles (make according to package directions.) Drain noodles well when done. Mix noodles and meatballs together or serve meatballs on top of noodles.

Slow Cooker Meatloaf *
2 pounds ground beef
2 large eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tsp minced garlic
½ cup milk of choice
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 bottle of BBQ sauce (any kind)
In large bowl, mix together all ingredients for meatloaf until combined. Line ceramic slow cooker with aluminum foil. Place meat mixture on foil and shape into loaf. Cover slow cooker with lid and cook on high 3 hours or low 6 hours. When cook time is up, check center of meatloaf with internal meat thermometer. For ground beef, internal temperature should read 160° Fahrenheit for food safety. Keep in mind that meatloaf will continue to cook slightly after cook time, so be careful not to overcook it. Broil on high heat 3 to 4 minutes until glaze is sticky. Remove from oven and serve warm.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Stuffing *
3 boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
Stuffing Mix
1 2/3 cups of Chicken Broth
In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup and milk. Add stuffing mix and chicken broth to bowl and mix. Place chicken breasts into bowl of slow cooker. Spread over sauce over chicken. Spoon stuffing over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
