What are the best eggs for backpacking? I have tried a lot of powdered eggs out there. The best powdered eggs are Ovaeasy Egg! They taste the same as real eggs. How do you cook powdered eggs? It is really pretty easy. I put 4 tbls of Ovaeasy eggs with 1 tbls of powdered milk. Add 1/2 cup water, mix well and then cook up just like you would regular eggs. Add a little bacon and cheese and you have one amazing meal! You will not believe how good dried eggs can be!
