Supreme Court upholds 'ghost gun' policy

In a 7-2 decision, the justices agreed that the guns -- which can be assembled relatively easily from kits -- should be subject to requirements for serial numbers, sales receipts and background checks, as are other commercially bought firearms. The justices said the guns are designed to be used as firearms, and therefore should be subject to the same rules and regulations.
