The ingredients that I used to make this lovely pot of soup are.
1 large Cody Fish head
1 lb white yam
1 lb Irish potato
1 carrot
1 small chayote/choco
3 stalks of scallion
3 sprigs of thyme
1 hot pepper
1 fish soup mix/fish seasoning
1/2 lb okra
1/2 lb flower for the spinners
