＜曲目解説＞
フルート女子倶楽部委嘱作品です。
題名の「コンフェイト」は、ポルトガル語で「金平糖」を意味します。（むしろポルトガル語のそれが「金平糖」の語源にあたります）

曲は3楽章形式で構成されています。


第1楽章・・・星のような見た目から、宇宙への憧れ
第2楽章・・・金平糖の甘い上品な味
第3楽章・・・金平糖のキラキラしたさま


をそれぞれ表現しています。

原曲はフルート三重奏（ネクサス音楽出版刊行：NEO-034）ですが、この版はクラリネット三重奏版となります。
リアレンジするにあたっては各楽章移調を行い、クラリネットでも演奏効果が得られるようにオーケストレーションを工夫しています。


Confeito is a type of sugar candy that originated in Portugal.
The small, pea sized sugar candy stars were introduced to Japan by Portuguese missionaries when they came to bring Christianity during the Sengoku period in the 15th century.

This three movement work, inspired by the candies, was commissioned by the the Flute Girl's Club.
The first movement describes how the star shaped candies evoke images of space and the galaxy, the second portrays the sweetness and delicate flavours of the confections and the last movement their glittering appearance in the bowl.
