Electric Skateboard Build - Belt Drive | Weight ~11 lbs | Price ＜ $300 | Speed ＞ 23 mph

I decided to try something different and build a belt drive board. The total cost varies a bit depending on where you buy everything but it should be around $300 or less. The weight of the board with batteries is a little over 11 lbs.

The price and availability of LiPo batteries seems to fluctuate. Check around the internet from time to time to see what’s on sale. I would recommend 5S voltage with 3Ah or more capacity.
