The second storm of the day in Tucson. Lots of wind and rain with this one. Also, the last storm of the monsoon season, which ends on September 30. This year, the monsoon struggled to develop in July and August, then got stronger in September and held on. Precipitation was below average for most of Arizona this summer. Despite the dryness, there were still some good storms. It is looking dry for now, but who knows what fall might bring.
