IT TOOK ME 587 SOFT RESETS! The issues with the video not playing correctly have been fixed! The video now plays perfectly and the pinned timestamp has the shiny Mewtwo reaction!

Thank you to Team YouTube for getting that resolved for me. I hope in the future they can get better customer support agents but at least the engineers did get it worked out for me in the end.
