Explore the Solaris Urbino 12 Electric — Solaris’ flagship 12-metre zero-emission city bus, on display at Busworld Europe 2025 in Brussels. Built on a modular drive system using SiC technology, the Urbino 12 Electric offers operators an adaptable, efficient solution for decarbonised urban transport.
Powered by a 240 kW central motor and 600 kWh Solaris High Energy batteries, this full-size electric bus can carry up to 100 passengers with up to 41 seats available (16 from low floor). Charging is handled via plug-in connection or optional pantograph, giving operators flexibility for depot or opportunity charging.
Comfort and safety come as standard. A CO₂ heat pump air-conditioning system maintains efficiency year-round, while the bus is fully GSR2 and R66 compliant — incorporating features such as Blind Spot Information, Driver Drowsiness Warning, Intelligent Speed Assistance, and Collision Mitigation System.
