If you’ve been in a relationship with a narcissist, the best thing to do is to end it and go no-contact. However, if you have to continue to communicate (eg. you have children together and share custody), use the “grey-rock” method.
This method keeps your boundaries in place and keeps the communication to the point. It doesn’t allow a narcissist to influence your thinking, while keeping you in a safe mental place.
