I am really tired of the SOLAR AND STRAND META that everyone is using. I really want to do something new. This run could have been completed in less than an hour, but I really had to play it safe on Final Stand (then I realized during last stand that even if I did not have Geomag Chao's Reach, I still would have easily destroyed the final boss as long as I had a Healing Rift available).

This build focuses on 2 strengths of the Arc Subclass, Ad-clear and blinding.
Vesper of Radius ensures that whenever I am surrounded, I will blind them to prevent excessive damage. My Rift regeneration will also increase significantly to allow me to use it again.
Crown of Tempest allows me to have some ability spam to help ad-clear when I am not in a scenario where I am surrounded and have enemies to blind. On the all out phase of Final Boss, the boosted ability regeneration will help regain my rift energy back in case I take too much damage during the damage phase.
Geomag Stabilizer extends the duration of the Chaos Reach. This itself will do enough damage to clear the damage threshold of the final boss to move to the next floor on its own, helping you conserve ammo until last stand.

I had unravelling rounds from the Artifact mod of this season, but you don't need it, nor should you rely on it for more damage. The Unravelling rounds helps with Ad-clear and bonus DPS, but you really don't need it.
