In this video, I’m making this simple recipe where mashed potatoes are the secret weapon. They don't add flavor, but they make the crumb incredibly soft, moist, and tender—staying fresh for days.
Packed with crunchy nuts, Walnuts or Pecans, warm spices like cinnamon and nutmeg, and topped with a simple glaze, this is the ultimate winter comfort bake. Must try at least once, you will love it.

Ingredients :
▢2 cup All Purpose Flour
▢2 tspn Baking powder
▢2 tspn Cinnamon Powder
▢2 tspn Cloves Powder
▢2 tspn Nutmeg Powder
▢2 cup Sugar
▢1/8 tspn Salt
▢2/3 cup Butter( Room Temperature)
▢2 Eggs
▢2 cup Leftover Mashed Potatoes
▢3/4 cup Milk
▢1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
Steps :
1. In a bowl add butter and blend it until smooth using a hand blender.
2. Now add sugar and blend well. Then add the eggs one by one blending after each addition.
3. Now add all the dry ingredients and mix well.
4. Add milk little by little and blend until the batter is ready.
5. Now add the mashed potatoes and mix really well. It may be a little hard to mix so use a blender if needed.
6. At last add chopped walnuts and give it a final mix.
7. Pour the batter into a greased 10-inch Bundt pan.
8. In a preheated oven at 325°F, bake for 90 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
