GM-Diet plan or General Motors diet is a 7-day weight loss program developed by the General Motors Corporation, with a pious intention of keeping their employees healthy. The GM diet chart was a collaborative effort by GM, FDA, and USDA, which was also tested at the John Hopkins Research Center before it was given final approval.

Fruits – Watermelon, Raspberries, Blueberries, Orange, Apples and Pears
Vegetables – Carrots, Green Beans, Potato, Peas, Corn, Peppers, Green Chillies and Lemon
Others – Olive Oil, Black Pepper and Vinegar
🍱MEAL PLANS🍱
Day 1: Fruits
Breakfast: A bowl of watermelon, a handful of raspberries and blueberries with a Pear.
Lunch: A bowl of watermelon, a handful of raspberries and blueberries with an orange.
Dinner: A bowl of watermelon, a handful of raspberries and blueberries with an apple.
Day 2: Vegetables
Breakfast: 1 Jacket Potato and some baked vegetables that include carrots, peas and green beans added with green chillies and a dash of lime.
Lunch: A half piece of Corn and some baked vegetables that include bell peppers, carrots and green beans added with green chilly and lemon for flavouring.
Dinner: Pan tossed vegetables including onions, carrots, pepper, and green beans with chilly, lemon and black pepper for seasoning.
Day 3: Fruits and Vegetables
Breakfast: A bowl of watermelon, a handful of raspberries and blueberries with an orange.
Lunch: Pan tossed vegetables in one teaspoon of olive oil including onions, carrots, pepper, and green beans with chilly, lemon and black pepper for seasoning.
Dinner: Vegetable Soup
