ROJA MANHATTAN EDP FIRST IMPRESSIONS

Roja Manhattan Edp was discussed in this video by Astari and I. We both shared our first impressions of the fragrance and shared my our thoughts in a mini review style format.
Do you like Roja Parfums fragrances? Yes I do! For the longest time, I've been a fan of the brand and quite adore the work of master perfumer Roja Dove. Manhattan was an instant love an we both couldn't help but show our love for this stunning creation.

Top:Bergamot, Lavender, Basil.Heart: Rose de Mai, Jasmine de Grasse, Heliotrope, Violet, Coconut
.Base:Ginger, Pink Pepper, Cinnamon, Clove, Patchouli, Oakmoss, Tobacco, Vetiver, Cedarwood, Pine, Benzoin, Vanilla, Musk

The notes here are so well blended and smooth, but to my nose I basically get a sweet tobacco with spices, some green & earthy undertones…I also do get a floral kick here paired with the Coconut in the heart which takes things into a different direction. The spices tone down the sweetness from Vanilla allowing Tobacco still remain a core player. Heliotrope gives this fragrance a powdery vibe and that seems to sit nicely on my skin all through the wearing. Manhattan is incredibly pleasant and well put together. It's smooth, the sweetness here makes this creation likeable. After wearing this a few times, the compliments keep rolling in….one that will draw people closer😁😉

Manhattan is unisex, performance is decent (not a beast), projects moderately withing the first 2 hours then sits closer to the skin with a beautiful sillage….a few extra sprays will get you really noticed. I'll personally wear Manhattan all year round but it's mostly suited to Fall (cooler weather) in my opinion.
