Some sweet amateur footage of the Carnival parade at Ashburton Devon in 1993. I love posting carnivals, but I am not a big fan of super 8mm film as this was made on. However, it has come out very clear...and this is very late for cine film as by 1993, standard video, i.e., VHS, was really replacing physical film at this time.
Here we see a classic procession of odd balls and enthusiasts making an English parade the thing it was.
