We got there late, long after the sun was gone.
Dropped our bags at the khan and went looking for food.
Found a small local pub, had burgers and a couple of beers, and finally let the day slow down.
Nothing special — just the good kind of tired with friends.
We woke up at sunrise, and the desert was completely quiet.
Made some coffee, got the bikes ready, a few small laughs — no rush.
Then we clicked onto the pedals and rolled out.
The morning was soft and cool.
No talking at first.
Just the sound of gravel, breathing, and a big open sky waking up with us.
Not an epic adventure.
Just a simple, real moment in a beautiful place.
