The raw files of Daewon Song VS The Famous Channel Street Bowl, originally shot for The Berrics "In Transition," where it would go on to win the gold! Daewon and I shot this over the course of a couple months around 2015 I believe. Around that time, we also shot the 2UP competition as well as the RED Cameras "REDIRECT" project, so we grew close (and ate more Lazy Dog Restaurant food than I would like to admit...and maybe drank more beers than I'd like to admit as well :) Daewon is the man...if only you knew what he thought about trying but then deemed it "not good enough." The only way to truly understand how good he is, is to see it yourself...somehow. Guest appearance by Ronnie Sandoval and Lamont Holt.

At the age of 19, I moved from Chicago, Il to southern California to pursue my dream as a professional skateboarding filmmaker. After a few weeks, I began my job at The Berrics, where I would call home for 15 years. I also shoot for Street League Skateboarding and the X Games. In my career, I have been fortunate to work with tons of amazing professional skateboarders, such as; Tony Hawk, Rodney Mullen, Paul Rodriguez, Torey Pudwill, Shane O'neill, Luan Oliveira, Yuto Horigome, Rayssa Leal, Dashawn Jordan, Daewon Song, Eric Koston, Chris Joslin and Ryan Sheckler to name a few.
