「健康寶」手機應用程式全新升級：Check得到、學得到、搵得到！

「健康寶」應用程式在2024年11月全新升級，幫助長者做好健康管理及實現「居家安老」！計劃團隊今次請來 #陳榮峻、#吳香倫 兩夫婦拍攝宣傳影片，向各位老友記、照顧者及業界人士介紹全新版本的三大功能及使用方法：

1️⃣ Check得到—健康測試：提供12項與老齡化相關的健康測試，自動生成健康報告。

2️⃣ 學得到—健康資訊平台：根據結果提供相關的教育資訊，使用者亦可觀看超過240段護老影片，資源豐富。

3️⃣ 搵得到—全港安老資源地圖：搜尋全港醫療及社區服務，提供GPS導航、收藏與分享功能，方便用戶尋找適合資源。
