NYX FACE AWARDS 2017 - "Royalty" Theme - Dollfille

The theme for this project was "Royalty", and my inspiration came from strong yet delicate royal ladies such as Marie Antoinette and Padme Amidala, who are not only kind, compassionate and eager to help others, but are strong willed and can have a serious side when it comes down to things. I used purple as my main color due to the luxurious association of the color and gold as the main accent not only for the obvious reasons but because gold represents accomplishment, success and triumph. My details were bumble bees, which will not only give their lives to protect their queen but also represent the fact that without a community, without her people, the queen has no purpose.
