Today's video is a review and demonstration of the new Derwent Procolour colored pencils. These are oil and wax based pencils, artist quality and are available both open stock and in tins. I have the tin of 24 and in this review I go over the points I like about these pencils, how they layer and if they live up to what the box says they can do:
