From a live TV broadcast, March 13, 1956, Your Hit Parade presents a Saint Patrick's Day themed show with Gisele MacKenzie starting things off with a rousing Hit Parade Extra, "It's a Great Day for the Irish", and, as a silent movie vamp sings "Make Love to Me" before leading the cast in the closing theme, "So Long for Awhile". Dorothy Collins performs "Young at Heart" and the #1 song that week, "Secret Love", while Snooky Lanson sings "Stranger in Paradise" & Eddie Fisher's big hit, "O Mein Papa". Russ Arms performs "Change Partners" and Raymond Scott & The Hit Parade Orch. and dancers continue the Irish theme with "The Irish Washer Woman".
