📝 Mittha Puri Recipe (Ingredients & Method)
Ingredients:
2 cups plain flour
1 cup corn flour
2 tbsp sesame seeds
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp milk powder
3 tbsp ghee
Water (as needed to knead)
Method:
1. In a large bowl, mix plain flour, corn flour, sesame seeds, and sugar.
2. Add milk powder and ghee. Rub together until crumbly.
3. Gradually add water and knead into a firm dough.
4. Cover and let the dough rest for 15–20 minutes.
5. Roll out into medium-thickness discs.
6. Deep fry on medium heat until golden and crisp.
7. Drain and cool completely before storing. Optional: Dust lightly with powdered sugar or drizzle with syrup for a festive twist!
