VI. NEW BUSINESS:
a. Petition for Appeal submitted by Jessica Gastin for a conditional use permit to operate a tattoo establishment at 1567 Lisbon Street.
b. Petition for Appeal submitted by Tidewater Cultivation, LLC for a conditional use permit to reestablish a nonconforming use that has been presumed abandoned at 1675 Lisbon Street.
VII. READING OF THE MINUTES: Motion to adopt the draft minutes from the April 29, 2024 and May 22, 2024 meetings.
