Fabrique, one of Sweden's most popular bakeries, is known for its cardamom bun, a crispy, buttery dessert with a unique shape. Insider’s Lisa Paradise asked head baker Oscar Erlandsson to send a few buns, plus one key ingredient to her Brooklyn apartment so she could try to recreate it herself at home with no recipe, only a few tips and tricks from the chef.
