What made my Pakistan trip so special? What do I remember the most from my Pakistan trip? It is always coming back to one answer: "PEOPLE".

Unfortunately, you do not see these types of stories and treatment in mass media or on your TV screens especially in Western World. All you ever hear is the negative news and deadly accidents in this region.

People are always been the reason for me to travel. Yes, you might go to see the historical sights, yes you might travel to enjoy the beach, yes you might want to do the sightseeing – but if you do not have the right interactions with the people you would never enjoy your travels – you are another individual just “been there”. People are key, and if you do not understand how these people live, what are their motives to wake up every day, what defines their happiness – you are missing a big takeaway from those countries.

I always say the best hotels with bad customer service ruin your experience, the most delicious food with a rude waiter will make your food taste horrible, beautiful sightseeing with unpolite locals will make your experience terrible. Or it can be the opposite – and that is mostly what happens when you go to underrated destinations. You might not find the basic level of hygiene in the restaurant but you will have an always smiling waiter, you might not get the most comfortable transportation system, but the locals will make sure you are happy in their country by providing free rides and help.
