Police say a Connecticut woman, Kimberly Sullivan, held her stepson captive inside their home for 20 years — a horrifying secret that only came to light after the man set a fire to get rescued. The victim, weighing less than 70 pounds when found, claims he was locked in a room, starved, and forced to drink from a toilet while Sullivan’s own children allegedly knew what was happening.
