One of my favorite workouts for training forearms and pull ups using weighed pull ups using fat gripz thick handles, hangboard pull ups, one arm pull ups on a handboard beastmaker, one arm lock offs, wrist curls, and curls such as hammer curls.
Your Forearms are going to be SORE ;)
