Mr. Samuel Sadananda Karkada, a devoted husband, loving father, cherished son, and dear friend to many, entered eternal rest on February 17, 2025, at the age of 59. Born on July 15, 1966, he was the beloved son of Mrs. Shalini Karkada and the late Mr. Joseph Karkada. He was a dedicated and loving husband to Mrs. Smitha Karkada and a proud father to his two children—a son and a daughter. His sudden passing due to a tragic two-wheeler accident has left his family, friends, and community in deep grief and sorrow.

Samuel spent several years working in Saudi Arabia, where he dedicated himself to his profession and worked tirelessly to provide a comfortable life for his family. Known for his strong work ethic, perseverance, and determination, he earned the respect of his colleagues and friends. Despite the challenges of being away from home, he always ensured that his family was well cared for and remained connected with them, eagerly awaiting the times he could return to be with them.

Just two weeks ago, Samuel had returned home for a well-deserved vacation, looking forward to spending time with his loved ones. His homecoming was meant to be a joyful reunion, filled with laughter, love, and cherished moments. However, fate had different plans, and his time with his family was cut tragically short. The unexpected loss has left a deep void in the hearts of his family members, who had eagerly welcomed him home, never imagining that their time together would be so brief.

Samuel was a man of deep faith and lived his life in alignment with Christian values. His unwavering trust in God was evident in the way he conducted himself, always displaying kindness, humility, and a willingness to help others. He firmly believed in the words of 2 Timothy 4:7—"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." His life was a testament to his strong spiritual foundation, and his faith remained unshaken even through life's many trials and challenges.

Beyond his professional and spiritual life, Samuel was known for his warm and welcoming nature. He had an infectious smile, a kind word for everyone, and a heart that always sought to uplift those around him. His friends and family remember him as a person who was always ready to extend a helping hand, someone who placed the needs of others before his own. Whether it was a word of encouragement, a gesture of support, or simply being there for someone in need, Samuel exemplified generosity and selflessness.

His sudden passing has left an irreplaceable void in the lives of those who knew and loved him. The mortal remains of Mr. Samuel Sadananda Karkada will be brought to his residence at 'Mission Compound Near BMM Auditorium, Udupi - 576101,' on February 19, 2025, at 12:00 PM. Family, friends, and well-wishers are invited to pay their last respects and offer their condolences. The funeral cortege will depart from his residence at 4:00 PM and proceed to Udupi Cemetery, where the final rites will be held at 4:30 PM.
