Here I make a capenter adze handle from an apple tree branch that needed to be pruned. The only power tool used was the angle grinder for the restoration of the adze head. All other tools were hand tools.
The head marking reads:
SIMMONS COHOES N.Y.
CAST STEEL WARRANTED
If anybody knows the age range of that, please let me know!
I will be putting the adze to use in the near future; stay tuned.
I hope you enjoyed watching as much as I enjoyed eating the apple cobbler we made from the apples off of the pruned branch.
