I had clients with pain in the hand and wrist, but also neck and shoulders tell me about the wonderful healings and recoveries they made with this lesson. I like it a lot too, because I like to roll on the floor and feel comfortable doing so. Here I explain this simple but powerful lesson. It relaxes, but also organizes the neck and shoulder girdle for more effortless carriage.
