Rhythmic SAT to Canopy - an Acro Paragliding F*ck-Up Analysis

So this little "incident" happened last week at Monte Baldo / Lago di Garda. I was practicing rhythmic SATs on my Emilie Peace 2 and tried to build them up to infinity. To shorten the build up phase a bit, I entered the rhythmic from an asymmetric SAT instead of pumping it from a regular SAT. After a brutal early timing mistake on turn 3, I fell into the canopy and was lucky enough to quickly slip out of it again. Since I had enough altitude left, I tried to fix the wing by stalling it, but the configuration was too messed up. Eventually threw the reserve and came down nicely in the lake, where the rescue boat was waiting at a safe distance.
In this video, I try to analyse the incident and draw some conclusions of what went wrong and what could be done better. Sorry for the subpar mic quality.
