WHAT WEIGHTS?
Warm Up | Empty/Light Bar (I used 10kg)
Exercises 1-3 | Pick a weight you can Strict Press for 12 reps (I used 30kg/66lb pair)
Exercises 2-3 | Pick a weight you can Bicep Curl for 12 reps (I used 20kg/44lb pair)
