The Rocks Pirates are continuing to showcase why they were so dominant to the point that even with Roger on the sea's it was known as Rock's era. Even Shakky retired from being a pirate and lived in Hachinosu where she even had top tiers like Xebec and Whitebeard under her control. The chapter ended with the World Government agreeing to allow Elbaph to join them, just as long as the giants were to kill Xebec.
