Catch up with my dance life and how I recovered.
Novemeber 20, 2023. Today marks 1 year since my shoulder surgery. It started in 2022 when I dislocated my shoulder playing badminton, volleyball and dance; three times that year in span of 3 months. I dislocated my shoulder hopefully for the last time in summer of 2023 doing tough labor. Got my shoulder checked and it'd gotten worse over time, and my best option was to have surgery.
This video shows a vulnerable side of me but I hope this encourages people going through what I went through :)
