How to jump down a x country drops. This video is to train you to always jump down a drop with your leg in the defensive position and upper body back so you gain security in your position and confidence as you jump down off drops. If you remember this and put these simple tips into action each time you jump a drop you will not land in a heap at the bottom of the bank. Remembering that the lower leg gives you security and your head held up keeps your neck and shoulder upright which then keeps your core engaged.
