Leaving the tails on takes a few more minutes and a little extra care but totally worth the effort! These are great for dishes where the shrimp will be picked up, such as grilling, scampi, broiling, etc.
But remember to pinch the tail portion when you take the last bite because you do not want to waste that final bit of tasty shrimp!
