Beef Stew in the Dutch Oven

This is the perfect Dutch Oven Stew for those cooler nights while camping! While this is easy to make it does require a little bit of time to slow cook the meat and to simmer the veggies. Cooking time is between 2- 2 1/2 hours while changing out the coals every 45 minutes- but it is definitely worth the wait! What a wonderful hot meal to warm your insides. This hearty stew will fill you up and leave you wanting more...
