Hey everyone welcome back to my channel. In this video I'm showing how to make Haitian marinad (Fritters).
The ingredients
1. 1 cup of flour
2. 1teaspoon baking soda
3. a handful of parsely, and green pepper chopped or blend.
4. tsp of salt.
5. adobo
6. 1cup and 3 tbs of water
7. oil to fry
